Bangkok Metro Orange Line Extension is located in Bangkok, Thailand, and forms part of the larger MRT Orange Line Project (total length ~ 35.9 km with 29 stations, including ~ 27 km undergroud), this extension includes the Western Section (~ 13.4 km, fully underground) from Thailand Cultural Center to Bang Khun Non. Poland 104D Tunnel Project is located in southern Poland as part of the Podłęże–Piekiełko railway modernization program, this section involves the construction of long railway tunnels under challenging Carpathian geological conditions. Largest tunnel segment tunnel in China for Jinan Huanggang Road Tunnel (2023)

30 meters underground on the north portal of the Yellow (Yangzhi) River in Jinan, Shandong, with the assembly of 500 rings of segments of the "Shanhe" shield machine completed, the excavation of the Jinan Huanggang Road Tunnel through the Yellow River, co-constructed by China Railway 14th Bureau, exceeded 1,000 meters, marking a phased achievement in the world's largest-diameter underwater shield tunnel.

The tunnel project is 5,755 meters long, with a designed speed of 60 kilometers per hour. The shield section is approximately 3,290 meters long, with segment outer diameter of 16.8 meters. It has a single-tunnel, double-layer, two-way, six-lane structure. It is constructed by the "Shanhe," the China's largest-diameter slurry shield machine under construction, with an excavation diameter of 17.5 meters.

Unicrane has supplied 2 sets of OD16.8m tunnel segment mould by Sept of 2023 for the project after 2014 the world largest tunnel TBM project with OD17m in Hong Kong for TMLCKL subsea tunnel.

Kale Dam irrigationmain transmission line tunnel in the Çermik district of Diyarbakır. This project, carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSI), is considered a big step in order to make agricultural lands in the region more productive and to ensure the sustainable use of water.

OD5.1m x 1.5m x 0.3m of tunnel segment mould with total 5 sets will be design and supply by Unicrane to this project site. This is our 3rd project in Turkey. The effort of our reputation Foremac has a very strong ability to support Unicrane to win the project.

2025, new award projects in Singapore- Cross Island line phase II

Unicrane has continously award new projects for Singapore Cross Island Line from Phase II after phase I proejcts. New project awarded are CR207 & CR209. Both pacages will conisist with total 4 sets of OD6.9m tunnel segment mould by using eletrical vibration.There are 3 stadnard left/ring sets, and 1 set will be a convertible design mould which it allows our client to convert from Left to Right tapper without additional mould.

2025, Repeat Supply of Segment Mould for Salerno-Reggio Calabria High-Speed Railway Lot 1A (Battipaglia-Romagnano), Italy

Salerno-Reggio Calabria High-Speed Railway Lot 1A (Battipaglia-Romagnano) is the part of Italy’s strategic north-south high-speed corridor. The project will deliver around 35 km of new high-speed railway, including significant tunnel works, to improve connectivity and cut travel times across southern Italy.

For this project, Unicrane has already supplied multiple sets of large-diameter segment molds. In 2025, Webuild placed a repeat order for 1 additional set of tunnel segment mold with the specification OD 13.0 m × 2.2 m × 0.5 m (8P/R).
