Unicrane, founded in 1972 in Taiwan, started with hoists and cranes and later expanded into tunnel segment moulds as part of Yung Ming Precast Group. Since 1992, we have supplied moulds across Taiwan, Japan, and Southeast Asia.
In 2004, we established Hangzhou Unicrane in China with a 30,000 m² steel structure plant on 66,000 m² of land. Our main products include steel segment moulds, precast moulds, steel segments, automation systems, carousel systems, and handling equipment for precast production.
Segment Mould
With over 35 years of experience in RC segment and mould fabrication, Unicrane has supplied moulds for metro and tunnel projects in more than 90% of China’s major cities.
In 2005, we introduced Japanese electrical vibrators with adjustable frequency systems, pioneering the “vibration table system” in China—a technology now widely used across Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, and China.
Steel Segment
Unicrane fabricates steel segments from hot-rolled mild steel, offering high strength, easy transport, in-situ modification, and tight tolerance. They are mainly used in cross passages and small-radius tunnels such as cable and gas tunnels.
Our JIS-certified welders and advanced production setup enable an annual capacity of up to 30,000 rings. Unicrane is also certified by the Japanese Sewage Association—one of only two factories in Asia authorized to supply steel segments for sewage projects in Japan.
Carousel System
With 30 years of experience, Unicrane designs and manufactures hoists and cranes from small units to 300-ton systems, including overhead, gantry, jib, vessel cranes, and custom solutions. Our expertise also extends to carousel production systems and fully automated lifting, storage, and conveying systems.
Certified under ISO standards and approved for Grade B hoist/crane manufacturing in China, we have supplied over 500 cranes to China Steel and China Shipbuilding in Taiwan, and delivered projects for Formosa Heavy Industries and European partners.
Rectangular Jacking Pipe Steel Mould
Unicrane designs and manufactures rectangular jacking pipe steel moulds for pipe jacking construction. Made of durable steel, these moulds feature either mechanical hinge or hydraulic opening systems and quick lock system for the external form, ensuring efficiency and precision. They are essential for producing precast concrete pipes with the required strength and dimensions for underground infrastructure such as cross passage between tunnels.
