Poland 104D Tunnel Project is located in southern Poland and undertaken by Gülermak. As a part of the Podłęże–Piekiełko railway modernization program, this section involves the construction of long railway tunnels under challenging Carpathian geological conditions. The project is one of the largest tunnel undertakings in the country, designed to reduce travel time between Kraków and Nowy Sącz and to boost regional connectivity and economic development.

For this project, Unicrane has designed and supplied 3 extra sets of tunnel segment molds with the specification OD10.5m × 2m × 0.4m (6+1P/R) and 3 extra sets of tunnel segment molds with the specification OD4.5m × 1.2m × 0.25m (4+1P/R). This cooperation demonsrates our strong capability in delivering both large-diameter and customized mold solutions, further expanding our contribution to major railway infrastructure projects in Europe.
