Salerno-Reggio Calabria High-Speed Railway Lot 1A (Battipaglia-Romagnano) is being carried out by Webuild (as part of the Xenia consortium with Ghella, Pizzarotti, etc.) under the Italian National Recovery & Resilience Plan (PNRR). This lot involves about 35km of new high-speed railway, with train speeds up to 300km/h, including approximately 18km of underground works (natural and artificial tunnels) and multiple viaducts.

For this project, Unicrane has supplied 8 sets of tunnel segment molds with the specification OD 13.0 m × 2.2 m × 0.5 m (8P/R) and 6 sets with OD 9.6 m × 1.8 m × 0.4 m (7P/R). This delivery supports the construction of large-diameter tunnel sections and reflects our ability to participate in flagship high-speed rail infrastructure that enhances North-South Italy connectivity, reduces travel times, and boosts regional development.
