West Gate Tunnel Project is located in Melbourne, Australia and undertaken by Spark CJV - North East Link D&C. This is one of the most significant infrastructure projects in Victoria, designed to provide an alternative to the heavily congested West Gate Bridge, improve freight access to the Port of Melbourne, and reduce traffic congestion across the city's west.For this project, Unicrane has supplied 2 extra units of segment molds with the specification of OD15.1m × 2.4m × 0.5m (10P/R). The delivery of these large-diameter molds demonstrates our technical expertise in supporting mega-scale tunnel construction and reinforces our presence in the Australia market.

Cluj Metro Project is located in Cluj-Napoca, Romania and undertaken by Gülermak and Arcada Joint Venture (JV). As Romania's second metro system (after Bucharest), the project covers about 21km with 19 underground stations, and is set to be the country's first fully automated (driverless) metro line.For this project, Unicrane has supplied 4 sets of tunnel segment molds with the specification OD6.1m × 1.5m × 0.3m (5+1P/R). This cooperation underscores our company's role in delivering critical infrastructure components for pioneering urban transit, supporting Cluj's goals of reducing traffic congestion, improving public transport capacity, and advancing sustainable mobility.

Thailand Orange Line Metro is in Bangkok and undertaken by Hicrete Products & Technology Co., Ltd. The Orange Line (Bang Khun Non - Min Buri) is a major MRT project spanning about 35.9km with both underground and elevated sections, divided into eastern and western halves. It aims to improve east-west connectivity across Bangkok, reduce traffic congestion, and serve growing residential and commercial districts.For this project, Unicrane has supplied 1 extra unit of tunnel segment mold with the specification OD6.3 m × 1.4 m × 0.3 m (5+1P/R). This addition demonstrates our flexible support to large scale urban transit infrastructure and reinforces our participation in Thailand's rapid transit expansion.

This Drainage Tunnel Project is located in Thailand and undertaken by Saraburi Construction Technology Co., Ltd.. It is part of Thailand's continuing efforts to strengthen urban flood management and drainage infrastructure, particularly in seasons of heavy rainfall, to reduce flood risk and protect densely populated and low-lying areas.For this project, Unicrane has supplied 4 sets of tunnel segment molds with the specification OD3.4m × 1.2m × 0.2m (5+1P/R). This delivery reflects our support for climate resilience works in Thailand and our capability in producing smaller-diameter molds suited to drainage and storm-water tunnels.

Poland 104D Tunnel Project is located in southern Poland (section D: Limanowa – Klęczany siding) and carried out by Gülermak in consortium with Budimex. It is part of the broader modernization and electrification of railway line No. 104 (Chabówka – Nowy Sącz) under the Podłęże-Piekiełko project. Key words include constructing two parallel tunnels each about 3.8km long, improving travel times and regional connectivity.For this project, Unicrane has supplied 3 sets of molds with specification OD 10.5m × 2.0m × 0.4m (6+1P/R) and 6 sets with OD 4.5m × 1.2m × 0.25m (6+1P/R). This delivery supports one of Poland's most ambitious railway tunnel works, reinforcing our capability in large-meter and varied ring-types mold design and manufacture.
