Unicrane has continously award new projects for Singapore Cross Island Line from Phase II after phase I proejcts. New project awarded are CR207 & CR209. Both pacages will conisist with total 4 sets of OD6.9m tunnel segment mould by using eletrical vibration.There are 3 stadnard left/ring sets, and 1 set will be a convertible design mould which it allows our client to convert from Left to Right tapper without additional mould. 

Salerno-Reggio Calabria High-Speed Railway Lot 1A (Battipaglia-Romagnano) is the part of Italy’s strategic north-south high-speed corridor. The project will deliver around 35 km of new high-speed railway, including significant tunnel works, to improve connectivity and cut travel times across southern Italy.For this project, Unicrane has already supplied multiple sets of large-diameter segment molds. In 2025, Webuild placed a repeat order for 1 additional set of tunnel segment mold with the specification OD 13.0 m × 2.2 m × 0.5 m (8P/R). This renewal highlights the client’s recognition of Unicrane’s product quality and reliability, and further strengthens our long-term partnership in Italy’s high-speed rail sector.

Dubai Metro Blue Line Project is located in Dubai, UAE as part of Dubai's metro network expansion, this line will extend approximately 30km with 14 stations, connecting rapidly developing districts such as Mirdlif, Al Warqaa, International City, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and Academic City. The project aims to enhance urban mobility, reduce traffic congestion, and support the city's long-term sustainable development strategy.For this project, Unicrane has designed supplied 12 sets of tunnel segment molds with the specification OD9.31m × 1.8m × 0.4m (6+1P/R). This cooperation highlights our expertise in delivering large-diameter mold solutions for metro infrastructure and strengthens our presence in the Middle East market.

North East Link Tunnel Project is located in Melbourne, Australia. As one of the most significant infrastructure projects in Victoria. It is designed to provide an alternative to the heavily congested West Gate Bridge, improve freight access to the Port of Melbourne, and reduce traffic congestion across the city's west.For this project, Unicrane has supplied 2 extra units of segment molds with the specification of OD15.1m × 2.4m × 0.5m (10P/R). The delivery of these large-diameter molds demonstrates our technical expertise in supporting mega-scale tunnel construction and reinforces our presence in the Australia market.

Cluj Metro Project is located in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. As Romania's second metro system (after Bucharest), the project covers about 21km with 19 underground stations, and is set to be the country's first fully automated (driverless) metro line.For this project, Unicrane has supplied 4 sets of tunnel segment molds with the specification OD6.1m × 1.5m × 0.3m (5+1P/R). This cooperation underscores our company's role in delivering critical infrastructure components for pioneering urban transit, supporting Cluj's goals of reducing traffic congestion, improving public transport capacity, and advancing sustainable mobility.
