This Drainage Tunnel Project is located in Thailand as part of Thailand's continuing efforts to strengthen urban flood management and drainage infrastructure, particularly in seasons of heavy rainfall, to reduce flood risk and protect densely populated and low-lying areas.For this project, Unicrane has supplied 4 sets of tunnel segment molds with the specification OD3.4m × 1.2m × 0.2m (5+1P/R). This delivery reflects our support for climate resilience works in Thailand and our capability in producing smaller-diameter molds suited to drainage and storm-water tunnels.

Poland 104D Tunnel Project is located in southern Poland (section D: Limanowa – Klęczany siding) as part of the broader modernization and electrification of railway line No. 104 (Chabówka – Nowy Sącz) under the Podłęże-Piekiełko project. Key words include constructing two parallel tunnels each about 3.8km long, improving travel times and regional connectivity.For this project, Unicrane has supplied 3 sets of molds with specification OD 10.5m × 2.0m × 0.4m (6+1P/R) and 6 sets with OD 4.5m × 1.2m × 0.25m (6+1P/R). This delivery supports one of Poland's most ambitious railway tunnel works, reinforcing our capability in large-meter and varied ring-types mold design and manufacture.

Salerno-Reggio Calabria High-Speed Railway Lot 1A (Battipaglia-Romagnano) is being carried out under the Italian National Recovery & Resilience Plan (PNRR). This lot involves about 35km of new high-speed railway, with train speeds up to 300km/h, including approximately 18km of underground works (natural and artificial tunnels) and multiple viaducts.For this project, Unicrane has supplied 8 sets of tunnel segment molds with the specification OD 13.0 m × 2.2 m × 0.5 m (8P/R) and 6 sets with OD 9.6 m × 1.8 m × 0.4 m (7P/R). This delivery supports the construction of large-diameter tunnel sections and reflects our ability to participate in flagship high-speed rail infrastructure that enhances North-South Italy connectivity, reduces travel times, and boosts regional development.

CP102 is part of the Metro Manila Subway Project in the Philippines. This package involves constructing two underground stations plus the connecting tunnels. The subway is expected to substantially reduce travel time between Quezon City and NAIA Airport, alleviate traffic congestion, and improve urban mobility in one of Southeast Asia's most densely populated capitals.For this project, Unicrane has supplied 1 set of left taper ring, 1 set of right taper ring, 4 sets of universal rings, and 1 set of convertible taper ring, with specification OD 6.7m × 1.5m × 0.3m (5+1P/R). This mold delivery supports critical underground works and demonstrates our capability in providing versatile ring solutions for complex tunnel station and inter-station tunnel sections.

HC Palermo–Catania Lot 1+2 (Fiumetorto–Lercara) is a key section of the Palermo-Catania high capacity rail programme that will add about 30km of new double track, including some 20km of parallel tunnels - to shorten travel times across Sicilly and strengthen the island's role on the Scandinavian–Mediterranean TEN-T corridor. The lot includes major tunneling, viaducts and station works and is central to regional connectivity and economic development.For this project, Unicrane has supplied 10 sets of segment molds with the specification OD 9.0 m × 1.8 m × 0.5 m (7P/R) to support the large-scale lining works. This delivery underlines our capability to provide large-diameter mold solutions for flagship rail infrastructure and reinforces our partnership with leading contractors in Italy.
