The Sunkoshi Marin Diversion Multipurpose Project (SMDMP), designated as a National Pride Project by Nepal's Ministry of Energy, aims to transfer water from the Sunkoshi River to the Marin River, enhancing the Bagmati Irrigaion System and irrigating 122,000 hectares across several districts. The project includes a 13.3km tunnel and a 31.07 MW power station in Kamalamai Municipality.The SMDMP is a pivotal development for Nepal, contributing not only to the country's agricultural sustainability but also to its energy production, supporting economic growth and flood control in the region.For this significant project, Unicrane has supplied 7 sets of universal ring molds, with the specification OD 6.1m × 1.4m × 0.3m (6P/R), to produce high-quality tunnel segments. These segments are essential for constructing the diversion tunnel and ensuring the project's long-term operational efficiency.

The TWRP Pipeline-C1 Tunnel Project is part of Singapore's Tuas Water Reclamation Plant (TWRP), a major initiative aimed at enhancing Singapore's water treatment and reclamation capabilities. This project involves the construction of underground tunnels to house pipelines, supporting the expansion of the TWRP to meet the growing demand for water reclamation and environmental sustainability.For this project, Unicrane has supplied 2 sets of left taper ring moulds and 1 set of right taper ring moulds (OD 6.55m × 1.6m × 0.275m, 8P/R) for the construction of durable tunnel segments required for this critical infrastructure project. The TWRP expansion is expected to strengthen Singapore's position as a global leader in water management and sustainability.

The G-TN-9D Project is a critical water tunnel construction project initiated by the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) in Thailand. This project, built in 2023 and opened in 2024, focuses on installing a large water tunnel and the world's largest 3,000mm gate valve at the time of installation. The project utilized advanced underground construction methods to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the water supply system, crucial for enhancing water distribution in the region.For this project, Unicrane has supplied 17 sets of universal ring molds (OD 3.756m x 1.2m x 0.18m, 5p/r) and 1 set of smaller universal ring mold (OD 3.756m x 0.8m x 0.18m, 5p/r) for this project. These molds are pivotal in the production of high-quality, durable tunnel segments, ensuring that the tunnel can withstand the operational pressures of the water system.

The Delhi–Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) is a landmark semi-high-speed rail project aimed at significantly improving connectivity between Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Meerut within India’s National Capital Region (NCR). With a total length of 82 km, this system is designed to reduce the travel time between Delhi and Meerut to under one hour, promoting faster, more sustainable commuting. The project is a critical element of India’s broader transportation infrastructure development, ensuring better urban mobility and regional growth.Unicrane has been entrusted with supplying 11 sets of universal ring molds (OD 7.25m x 1.5m x 0.3m, 7p/r) for the construction of the RRTS tunnels. These molds play a crucial role in producing durable and high-quality tunnel segments that will form the backbone of the underground sections of the RRTS. The molds ensure the tunnels meet rigorous safety standards and are capable of withstanding the operational demands of a modern, high-speed transit system.
